As an RN of 37 years, I developed severe venous insufficiency from being on my feet all day . I suffered from daily leg pain , swelling & Restless Leg Syndrome. I saw multiple physicians who brushed it off & told me to wear TED hose & elevate my legs! My new PCP referred me to Dr. Taghizadeh and he was confident that he could help me. He did a complete work up and right away diagnosed me & had a treatment plan in place . My Insurance denied the potentially life saving procedures I needed . Dr. Taghizadeh & his expert staff appealed the denial twice for me& got all of the necessary procedures approved ! They went above & beyond because we all know how difficult it is fighting with insurance companies these days .I cannot say enough about the kind & caring staff. Everyone makes you feel well taken care of . You are not just a number ! The front & back office and Mark the US tech are just wonderful .Dr. Taghizadeh took his time & explained everything to me before, & during my procedures. He even called me personally each night to make sure I was feeling okay while at home . He is very approachable, thorough, calm & reassuring . He takes his time to deliver expert medical care . He is not only a brilliant, gifted technician , he is also very very nice ! In this fast paced medical industry, it was refreshing to have have a doctor like that taking care of you . I am thankful to Dr. Taghizadeh & his staff for everything they have done to help me. This is the first time in a very long time that I am pain free! Doctor is amazing and takes the time to explain what is going on with the symptoms you are feeling. I have seen incredible results with the treatments that have been done on my legs. The office is amazing from the moment you walk in all the staff are very helpful and nice. I would recommend Dr.T to anyone looking for help with venous insufficiency!
I met Dr. Taghizadeh during a stay at the hospital and have since seen him at his office in La Mesa. He is an excellent physician with friendly and personable communication skills. I never feel rushed when I see him and he provides great detailed explanations of what’s going on with my health condition. The staff that I have interacted with are also very professional and friendly. If you need to see a cardiologist, I highly recommend you make an appointment to consult with him.

Dr. Taghizadeh is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me to learn more about my heart, circulation and ways to improve reduce swollen feet. He is a very good cardiologist and I highly recommend his services.
