1. Symptoms of Spider vs Varicose Veins
The most common symptoms of spider veins or varicose veins are visibly swollen veins, twisted or bulging blue, red or purple veins, swelling of feet or ankles, itching, and heaviness along with aching and pain in the legs or afflicted area. Severe varicose vein symptoms include skin color changes of the legs or ankles, swelling of the legs, dry or irritated skin, leg or calf pain after sitting or standing for long periods of time, thickening and hardening of the skin in the legs and ankles, and skin sores or ulcers that don’t heal easily. 2. How long do vein procedures take?
The San Diego Varicose Vein Treatment Center vein treatments and procedure sessions take between 30 minutes to an hour and a half.
3. How much does a vein treatment procedure cost?
General vein treatment costs are approximately between ~$400 to ~$1200 per 30-minute session. Depending on the severity of the faulty veins 1 to 3 sessions might be necessary.

8. How long will I be off work?
You will not need to take any downtime from work and you can continue work the same day.
9. How long do I have to wear compression/pressure stockings?
